Tracking Your Experience 🔍

A Complete Guide to Entry Reporting

The Reporting module is built specifically to help you track the progress and success of every experience you create. This guide will walk you through the platform's analytics features to ensure you are getting the most value from your data.

Step 1: Accessing Your Reports

To begin analyzing your performance, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to Reports: Once you have logged into the platform, click the Reporting menu in the left navigation bar.

  • Select Your Experience: You will see a list of every experience built within your account.

  • View Specific Data: To open the analytics for a particular campaign, locate the Actions column on the right and click View reporting.

Step 2: Understanding Audience Engagement

The Audience section in the left-hand navigation pane is your primary hub for engagement data. It is divided into three key areas:

A. The Overview Dashboard

This dashboard features a graphical chart that visualizes the "flow" of your users. You can customize the date range to see performance over specific periods.

Key Metrics Defined:

  • Impressions: The total count of any activity within the experience, including both those who finished and those who dropped off.

  • Unique Impressions: A filtered count showing only the activity from unique individual users.

  • Users Engaged: A specific count of users who started the experience but have not yet completed it.

  • Drop offs: A tally of all incomplete entries where the user left before the end.

  • Completed entries: The total number of successful, finished entries captured by the experiences.

B. All Entries (The Data Table)

Selecting All Entries provides a detailed list of every successful completion captured by your campaign.

Management Tools:
  • Search & Filter: Use the search bar to find specific users or entries.

  • Configure Table: Customize exactly which data fields (like Name, Score, or Date) are visible in your reporting view.

  • Export Locally: Use the Export button to download your data for use in external tools or spreadsheets.

  • Select Random Winner: If your experience includes a prize draw, use this built-in tool to choose a winner fairly and randomly from your pool of entrants.
