[Customer Data Platforms](https://howto.odicci.com/en-gb/guides/integrations?hsLang=en-gb#customer-data-platforms) # Braze Integration Fire any collected data from Odicci directly into Braze to increase customer knowledge, build triggers and automations to better engage newly and enriched profiles. **Prerequisite** - Enable *campaigns.list* for your API integration in order to ensure a seamless integration ### Step 1 - Activate your Braze Integration 1. **Log into your Odicci Account**: Click on the icon in the top-right corner, go to **Settings**, and navigate to the [**Integrations**](https://app.odicci.com/settings/integrations) section. 2. **Connect Braze**: Scroll down to Braze and click **Connect**. 3. **Enter Braze Credentials**: Have your Braze REST API Key and Endpoint Instance ready. In your Odicci experience, click on the **Settings** (cog wheel) inside the Studio to access **CRM Integration**. 2. Select **Braze Integration** and choose the Braze list where your data will be sent. 3. The **external\_user\_id** field will automatically map to Braze’s **external\_id** field. To map additional fields, click the **+** icon and match the fields as needed. ![](https://howto.odicci.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/file-09ta6Nbabm.png) ### Step 3 - Test Integration 1. **Publish Your Experience**: Once the integration is set up, publish your Odicci experience. 2. **Test the Data Flow**: Submit some test data to confirm that all fields are correctly mapped. 3. **Verify in Braze**: Log into Braze to confirm that the data has been successfully passed through. If you encounter any issues regarding your integration, please reach out to our support and we will try to help as soon as possible.   Odicci experiences can generate high volumes of API traffic in short bursts (for example during email campaigns, social pushes, or peak purchase hours).
